2.1 Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading and using Mind Alchemy, you agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2.2 Use of the App

• Personal Use Only – This app is designed for personal well-being and affirmation-based self-improvement.
• No Unauthorized Use – Users may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app’s content.
• Age Restriction – Users must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local laws) to use this app.

2.3 Intellectual Property

• All affirmations, designs, and layouts in the app are original or generated for exclusive use within Mind Alchemy.
• User-Created Affirmations belong to the user and remain private unless manually shared.

2.4 Limitations of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Alchemy and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to device malfunction, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
• Users acknowledge and agree that use of the app is at their own discretion and risk, and that Mind Alchemy and its creators are not responsible for any harm or damage to their devices or data that may result from such use.
• The app does not guarantee specific outcomes from using affirmations or manifestation practices.
• User Responsibility – You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the app’s content.

2.5 Medical & Liability Disclaimer

• The information provided in Mind Alchemy is intended for general well-being and self-improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
• Always consult a licensed medical or mental health professional before making any significant changes to your health, wellness, or mindset practices. Any use of the content within this app is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
• The creators, developers, and publishers of Mind Alchemy shall have no liability or responsibility for any perceived loss, claim, or damage—directly or indirectly—resulting from the use of this application and its content.

2.6 Subscriptions

• Mind Alchemy offers optional premium features and services through subscriptions or in-app purchases made via the Apple App Store.
• When you choose to upgrade, your selected payment method (such as your Apple ID or linked card) will be charged the price shown, along with any applicable taxes. By completing a subscription or purchase, you authorize Apple to securely process the payment on your behalf.
• By subscribing or making in-app purchases, you acknowledge that additional terms and conditions from the App Store may also apply, and you agree to review and accept them. Mind Alchemy is not responsible for any errors in payment processing handled by these external providers.
• We encourage you to review their policies thoughtfully before proceeding, as there are no refunds.
• Your Subscription will continue uninterrupted and renew automatically unless you cancel according to the terms of the App Store.
• Some features and content may be available for free in limited form, allowing you to explore and experience the energy of the app before deciding to subscribe.

2.7 Automatic Renewal

• If you enroll in a Subscription, it will automatically renew under the same terms and billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
• To avoid unwanted charges, you must cancel your Subscription before your current subscription period ends, based on the policies of the App Store.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel an active Subscription — cancellations must be made directly through the App Store.

2.8 Payment Methods and Security

• You may pay for your order using the payment options offered by the App Store, including credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or other supported methods.
• Mind Alchemy does not have access to or store any of your payment information.
• All transactions are securely processed by the App Store.

2.9 Applicable Taxes

• All listed prices are final but may vary based on offers, discounts, or applicable taxes.
• You will be notified of applicable taxes based on your location before completing your purchase.

2.10 Price Changes

• Mind Alchemy reserves the right to adjust subscription prices or cancel services at any time.
• If the subscription price changes, you will be notified by the App Store before your next billing cycle.
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before renewal.

2.11 Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, discontinue, or terminate the App or its features, or to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
